Who processes your data
GloboSoft – Tecnologias de Informação e Telecomunicações, Lda., with its registered office in Talatona, Luanda, Angola, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what you give us voluntarily through the forms on this site: name, company, email address, telephone number, sector, province, municipality and whatever message you write.
We also record the minimum technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as your IP address and the time of the request.
Why we process it
Form data is processed in order to answer your contact, demonstration, sign-up or partner application request. The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and protected from abuse.
Who we share it with
Your data is accessed by the GloboSoft sales and support teams. We do not sell personal data. Advertising partners receive only what the cookies section below describes, and only with your permission.
We use technical service providers, such as hosting and content delivery, who act on our instructions and only to operate this site.
Where we process your data
This site and the systems that receive the requests you send us are hosted on servers located in Portugal. How we process your data there complies with Law n.º 22/11 on Personal Data Protection, including what it provides for data processed outside Angola.
Portugal is a member state of the European Union and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — whose application is overseen by the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados. Its principles are close to those of Angolan law.
GloboSoft is an Angolan company, so the processing is governed by Angolan law and supervised by the Agência de Protecção de Dados, with which you may lodge a complaint.
The measurement and error-monitoring services described below also process the technical data they receive outside Angola, on the same terms.
How long we keep it
We keep form data for as long as it takes to handle your request and follow it up commercially. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
The exact retention periods are being finalized and will be published on this page.
Your rights
Under Law n.º 22/11 on Personal Data Protection you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a restriction on the processing of your data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].

We may update this policy. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of the page.
Cookies and measurement
What we always store
We store a few things locally in your browser: your light or dark theme preference, the answer you give to the cookie notice, and — when the site is available in your language — whether you have already chosen a language yourself, or dismissed or seen the suggestion to switch. The record that you have seen the suggestion is forgotten when you close the tab; the others stay until you clear them. None of them leaves your device and none is used to identify you.
Forms also carry the time the page was generated, signed by us and valid for at most twelve hours. It exists only to refuse automated submissions: it does not identify you and does not record what you typed. These are essential to the site working and do not depend on your consent.
Usage maps (Microsoft Clarity)
If you allow it, we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymously how the page is used — where people click and how far they scroll — so we can see what is going wrong in the design.
The Clarity script is downloaded only after you accept. If you refuse, nothing is ever requested from Microsoft's servers.
Measurement and advertising (Google and Meta)
If you allow it, we use Cloudflare Zaraz to tell Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta — the company behind Facebook and Instagram — which pages you visit and whether you sent us a request. That is how we measure which of our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram bring people to us, and how those services decide who sees them.
Zaraz runs on Cloudflare's servers, so most of this is sent from there rather than from your browser. What is sent is the address of the page, the kind of request you made, and technical details such as your browser, your approximate location and the identifier of the ad you clicked. Never your name, your email address, your telephone number or anything you typed into a form.
These services may store identifiers on your device, so that a later visit, or a request you send us, can be matched to the ad that brought you. Nothing is sent to Google or Meta through Zaraz before you accept, or at all if you refuse. You can change your mind at any time from the cookie preferences.
Google and Meta process this data on their own servers, including outside Angola, under their own privacy policies.
Visit counting (Cloudflare)
We count how many people visit the site and which pages are read, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. This count uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you between sites: there is nothing to consent to, because there is nothing that identifies you.
This is why the count works for every visitor, including those who refuse everything else.
Advertising (Google Ads)
When you reach our site from a Google ad, the address carries an identifier for that click. We keep it only if you send us an inquiry through the form, and it does one thing: tell us which ad led to the inquiry.
Nothing is written to your device. The identifier travels in the form on the page you landed on and goes with the visit if you do not write to us. If you do, it is sent with your inquiry or plan application and kept with it in our customer records, beside your name and message; with a partner application it is kept in our delivery log instead, against the application's reference. If sending your message has to be retried, the identifier waits with it in a temporary queue on our server until it goes through. Either way it is used only to tell Google Ads which ad led to your message. Attribution itself loads no Google software on our pages and sets nothing on your device — which is why there is nothing to consent to for it.
Error monitoring
When something fails on the server we record the error in a monitoring service (Sentry) so that we can fix it. The report is sent by the server rather than by your browser, and it carries no cookies, no IP addresses and nothing you were typing.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
When one of our forms comes into view, or you start filling it in, a check from Cloudflare Turnstile loads to tell people apart from automated spam. It runs in your browser, and when you send the form we pass Cloudflare the result of that check together with your IP address so that it can confirm it.
Nothing you wrote in the form is sent to Cloudflare. The check is there only to keep the forms usable, and it is used for nothing else.
